We support a foreign policy that is based on living in peaceful cooperation with all nations.  Martin Luther King once said that "mankind must put an end to war or war will put an end to mankind."  It is time for us to live by this maxim.  We reject all wars that are not based on self defense. Wars of aggression have long been illegal under international law, are recognized as such by the United Nations, and should be refrained from by the United States as a member of that institution.
